Become A Client
It's easy to become a client of Capalaba District Meals on Wheels. Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1:
Complete our online form ( click on the button below).
If you need any assistance, or would prefer to speak with us, call our friendly staff on (07) 3390 3450 between 7:30 am and 1.00pm.
(If calling outside normal business hours please leave a message on the answering machine)
Step 2:
Once we receive your information, one of our staff will contact you to confirm details.
Step 3:
That's it …. we can start delivering meals to you.
You can contact us yourself to become a client, or you can have someone else contact us.
A referral from your doctor is not necessary.
